About Calsig D3 Tablet:

Calsig D3 Tablet is a combination of Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3, used to prevent or treat conditions resulting from deficiencies of these nutrients. Its primary benefit is to maintain strong and healthy bones.

Composition:

Each uncoated chewable tablet contains:

Calcium Carbonate (From Coral Grains) Eq. To Elemental Calcium: 500 mg, Vitamin D3: 500 IU, Excipients: q.s.

Appropriate overages of vitamins are added to compensate any loss on storage.

Uses Of Calsig D3 Tablet:

• Treatment or prevention of low blood calcium levels (Hypocalcemia)
• Treatment of bone loss (Osteoporosis)
• Treatment of weak bones (Osteomalacia or Rickets)
• Management of decreased activity of the parathyroid gland (Hypoparathyroidism)
• Management of a certain muscle disease (Latent Tetany)

Usage Direction Of Calsig D3 Tablet:

• Calsig D3 Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Other Related Information Of Calsig D3 Tablet:

• If allergic to any ingredients of Calsig D3 Tablet, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
