About Coralium D3 Tablet:

Each film coated Coralium D3 tablet contains Calcium Carbonate (From Coral Grains) equivalent to Elemental Calcium 500 mg, Vitamin D3 (as Stabilized Granules) 500 IU and Excipients q.s.

Use of Coralium D3 Tablet:

Coralium D3 tablet is used for the treatment:

• Osteoporosis
• Calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency
• Osteomalacia
• Hypoparathyroidism

Usage Direction of Coralium D3 Tablet:

• Coralium D3 tablet should be taken orally.
• Coralium D3 tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice
• Don’t consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related Information of Coralium D3 Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication inform the physician immediately.
