About Nurokind D3 Tablet:

Nurokind D3 Tablet is advised to treat nutritional deficiencies and neuropathic pain associated with diabetic neuropathy. It is formulated with mecobalamin, alpha lipoic acid, vitamin D3, pyridoxine hydrochloride and folic acid that helps to improve blood calcium levels, improve metabolism and functions of the nerves. It also promotes cell growth, cell development, repairs damaged cells and promotes blood (hemoglobin) production.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains: 

Alpha Lipoic Acid: 100 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: 3 mg, Mecobalamin: 1500 mcg, Folic Acid: 1.5 mg, Vitamin D3: 1000 I.U.

Colours: Ferric Oxide Red, Ferric Oxide Yellow & Titanium Dioxide.

Appropriate Overage of vitamins are added to compensate loss on storage.

Usage Direction Of Nurokind D3 Tablet:

• Nurokind D3 Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Nurokind D3 Tablet should be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

• If allergic to any ingredients of Nurokind D3 Tablet, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
