RetailerShakti Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy

 

Recommendation for Sale Return Policy:

 

  1. Damaged /Wrong/ Wrong Batch/Short Products
    • Products delivered in good condition are not eligible for return. However, if products are delivered in a damaged condition, they may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
    • Customers are requested to initiate the service request immediately, and strictly within the maximum period of 3 days. These returns do not count toward the 2% return limit.

  2. Expired Products
    • Expired products that are already in damaged condition are not eligible for return.
    • Expired products belonging to the non-returnable category cannot be returned. Non-returnable products are clearly specified on the website/app. Customers are advised to carefully check before placing an order.
    • Expired products under the returnable category can be returned within 1 month from the date of expiry, subject to the following condition:
      • The total returns from exactly one year before today up to the current time (including all returns in the current month) must not exceed 2% of the total purchases made during the same period
      • Non-Returnable Products:
        • Temperature-controlled products (e.g., insulin)
        • Injections
      • Illustration: If a customer places a return request on 15th Sept 2025 3:20 PM, the system will check purchases made during 15th Sept 2024 - 15th Sept 2025 3:20 PM along with returns closed during the same period.
        • Suppose purchases during this period = ₹1,00,000
        • 2% return limit = ₹2,000
        • If ₹1,800 has already been returned, only ₹200 remains eligible for return.

     

  3. Refund Policy
    • COD/Online Orders: Refund amounts will be credited to the Retailer's wallet within 30 days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned products.
    • On Credit Orders: The refund amounts will be duly adjusted against their respective ledger dues.
    • Wallet balances can be used for future purchases on our platform.

     

  4. Refund against Cancellation and Edited Orders
    • Online Payments: For cancelled or failed and edited orders, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Third-Party Wallet).
    • Refund Delays: Refund timelines depend on the respective bank/payment gateway and may vary. These delays are beyond our control.

  5. Cancellation Policy
    • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed, i.e., while the status is “In Process” or “Order Placed”.
      • Simply click on the “Cancel” button to initiate cancellation.
