About Jeobon D3 Tablet:

Jeobon D3 Tablet is formulated with Calcium Citrate Malate, Vitamin D3 and Zinc Sulphate & Magnesium Hydroxide. The combination of 4 ingredients helps in treating nutritional deficiencies.

Along with this, Jeobon D3 Tablet also supports the maintenance of normal bone function.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Calcium Citrate Malate: 1250 mg equivalent to Elemental Calcium: 250 mg, Vitamin D3: 1000 IU, Magnesium Hydroxide: 100 mg, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate Equivalent to Elemental Zinc: 7.5 mg, Excipients q.s.

Colour: Titanium Dioxide

Appropriate overages of vitamins are added to compensate any loss on storage.

Usage Direction of Jeobon D3 Tablet:

• Jeobon D3 Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Jeobon D3 Tablet is to be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not break, chew or crush the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Jeobon D3 Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
