About Triolmesar 40 mg Tablet :

Each film coated Triolmesar 40 mg tablet contains Olmesartan Medoxomil 40 mg, Amlodipine Besylate equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg.

Use of Triolmesar 40 mg Tablet :

Triolmesar 40 mg tablet is used to prescribe for the treatment of Hypertension (High blood pressure) and reduce the chances of other cardiovascular problems.

Usage direction of Triolmesar 40 mg Tablet :

• Triolmesar 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Triolmesar 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
