About Tri Olmetor 40 mg Tablet:

Each film coated Tri Olmetor 40 mg tablet contains Olmesartan Medoxomil IP 40 mg, Amlodipine Besilate IP equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg and Hydrochlorothiazide IP 12.5 mg.

Use of Tri Olmetor 40 mg Tablet:

Tri Olmetor 40 mg tablet are prescribed for the treatment of hypertension.

Usage direction of Tri Olmetor 40 mg Tablet:

• Tri Olmetor 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Tri Olmetor 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Tri Olmetor 40 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, discontinue the product as soon as possible. Drugs that act directly on the renin-angiotensin system can cause injury and death to the developing fetus.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from light and moisture.
