About Triolmighty 40 mg Tablet:

Each film coated Triolmighty 40 mg tablet contains Olmesartan Medoxomil 40 mg, Amlodipine Besilate equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg.

Use of Triolmighty 40 mg Tablet:

Triolmighty 40 mg Tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.

Usage Direction of Triolmighty 40 mg Tablet:

• Triolmighty 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Triolmighty 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice
• Don’t consume more than the prescribed quantity.
