About Triolmezest 40 mg Tablet :

Each film coated Triolmezest 40 mg tablet contains Olmesartan Medoxomil 40 mg, Amlodipine Besilate equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Triolmezest 40 mg Tablet :

Triolmezest 40 mg tablet in used for the treatment of:

• Hypertension (High blood pressure)
• Other cardiovascular problems

Usage direction of Triolmezest 40 mg Tablet :

• Triolmezest 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Triolmezest 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
