About Telpres CT 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayer Telpres CT 40/12.5 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg and Chlorthalidone 12.5mg.

Use of Telpres CT 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

Telpres CT 40/12.5 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of the following conditions:

• Hypertension (High blood pressure)
• Lowering chances cardiovascular problems
• Reduces kidney problems

Usage direction of Telpres CT 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

• Telpres CT 40/12.5 mg tablet  should be taken orally.
• Telpres CT 40/12.5 mg tablet  is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without physician's advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
• Do not remove from blister until immediately before administration.
