About Telista CH 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated Telista CH 40/12.5 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg and Chlorthalidone 12.5mg.

Use of Telista CH 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

Telista CH 40/12.5 mg tablet is used to prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It is also prescribed to reduce the risk of other cardiovascular events such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke etc.

Usage direction of Telista CH 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

• Telista CH 40/12.5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telista CH 40/12.5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telista CH 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. Telista CH 40/12.5 mg Tablet should be discontinued as soon as pregnancy is discovered, and the treating physician should be consult immediately.
