About Tellzy CH 40 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Tellzy CH 40 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Chlorthalidone 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Tellzy CH 40 mg Tablet:

Tellzy CH 40 mg tablet is used for the treatment of hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases.

Usage Direction of Tellzy CH 40 mg Tablet:

• Tellzy CH 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Tellzy CH 40 mg tablet is taken whole with help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop tablet without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
