Each uncoated bilayered Eritel CH 40 mg Tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Chlorthalidone 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Eritel CH 40 mg Tablet:

Eritel CH 40 mg tablet is used for the treatment of hypertension and reduce other cardiovascular problems.

Usage Direction of Eritel CH 40 mg Tablet:

• Eritel CH 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Eritel CH 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
