Each uncoated bilayer Telma CT 40/12.5 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Chlorthalidone 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telma CT 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

Telma CT 40/12.5 mg tablet is used for the treatment of the following conditions:

• Hypertension
• Lowering chances cardiovascular problems
• Reduces kidney problems

Usage direction of Telma CT 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

• Telma CT 40/12.5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telma CT 40/12.5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without physician's advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
