About Clavam Forte Dry Syp:

Each 5 ml of the reconstituted  Clavam Forte Dry Syp  contains Amoxycillin Trihydrate equivalent to Amoxycillin 400 mg, Potassium Clavulanate Diluted equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 57mg.

Use of Clavam Forte Dry Syp:

Clavam Forte Dry Syp is prescribed for the treatment and management of community-acquired pneumonia, acute bacterial sinusitis, otitis media, urinary tract infections, skin and other soft tissue infections caused by beta-lactamase producing pathogens.

Usage direction of Clavam Forte Dry Syp:

• Clavam Forte Dry Syp should be taken orally.
• Sterile water for reconstitution, provided with this pack.
• Please check the package leaflet of label instruction before use.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

How to make the suspension of Clavam Forte Dry Syp:

• Shake the bottle well to loosen the powder.
• Slowly add water provided with this pack upto the mark on the label and shake well.
• Add water if necessary to adjust the volume up to the mark.
• Use the reconstituted suspension within 7 days.

Precaution & Related information of Clavam Forte Dry Syp:

• For paediatric use only.
• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Do not use and return for replacement, if SWFR is found leaking or having particulate external contamination which may occurs due to even invisible damage during storage or transit.
• Do not refrigerate the product prior to reconstitution. After reconstitution keep the suspension in the refrigerator when not in use.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Clavam Forte Dry Syp:

Store below 25ºC and protect from moisture.
