About Telsar H 80 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Telsar H 80 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 80mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telsar H 80 mg Tablet:

Telsar H 80 mg tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and associated edema.

Usage direction of Telsar H 80 mg Tablet:

• Telsar H 80 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telsar H 80 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telsar H 80 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
  
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Telsar H 80 mg Tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible. Drugs that act directly on the renin-angiotensin system can cause injury and death to the developing fetus.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC and protect from moisture.
  
• Keep out of reach of children.
