About of Telpres H 80 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayer Telpres H 80 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 80mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telpres H 80 mg Tablet:

Telpres H 80 mg tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and associated edema.

Usage Direction of Telpres H 80 mg Tablet:

• Telpres H 80 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telpres H 80 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related Information of Telpres H 80 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected Telpres H 80 mg tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and death to the developing fetus when used in pregnancy during second and third trimester of pregnancy.
• Store protect from moisture at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC.
• Keep out of reach of children.
