About of Telista H 80 mg Tablet :

Each uncoated bilayer Telista H 80 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 80 mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg.  

Use of Telista H 80 mg Tablet :

Telista H 80 mg tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and associated edema.

Usage Direction of Telista H 80 mg Tablet :

• Telista H 80 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telista H 80 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related Information of Telista H 80 mg Tablet :

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. Telista H 80 should be discontinued as soon as pregnancy is discovered.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC. Protect from light & moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
