About Telmed H Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Telmed H tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telmed H Tablet:

Telmed H Tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and associated edema.

Usage direction of Telmed H Tablet:

• Telmed H tablet should be taken orally.
• Telmed H tablet is taken whole with the help of water
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telmed H Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Telmed H tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible, as it can cause injury and even death to the developing foetus.
• Store in cool and dry place.
• Keep out of reach of children.
