About Telsar H Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Telsar H tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg.

Use of Telsar H Tablet:

Telsar H Tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and associated edema.

Usage direction of Telsar H Tablet:

• Telsar H tablet should be taken orally.
• Telsar H tablet is taken whole with the help of water
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telsar H Tablet:

• If allergic to Telsar H tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, discontinue the product as soon as possible. Drugs that act directly on the renin-angiotensin system can cause injury and death to the developing foetus.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC and protect from moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
