About Tigatel H 40 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated Tigatel H 40 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40 mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Tigatel H 40 mg Tablet:

Tigatel H 40 mg tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and associated edema.

Usage direction of Tigatel H 40 mg Tablet:

• Tigatel H 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Tigatel H 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Tigatel H 40 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Telmisartan should be discontinued as soon as possible, as it can cause injury and even death to the developing foetus when used in pregnancy during second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC. Protected from light & moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
