Each uncoated bilayer Telma CT 80/12.5 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 80mg, Chlorthalidone 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Telma CT 80/12.5 mg tablet usually intended for :

• Hypertension
• Lowering chances cardiovascular problems
• Reduces kidney problems

Usage direction of Telma CT 80/12.5 mg Tablet:

• Telma CT 80/12.5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telma CT 80/12.5 mg tablet should be swallowed whole with help of water.
• Do not chew, crush or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the dose without physician advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

• Telma CT 80/12.5 mg tablet is a moisture sensitive tablet - do not remove from strip until immediately before administration.
• Store in a dry well ventilated place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from moisture.
