About Telvas CT 80 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Telvas CT 80 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 80 mg, Chlorthalidone 12.5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telvas CT 80 mg Tablet:

Telvas CT 80 mg tablet is used to prescribe for treatment of Hypertension.

It is also used to treat fluid retention (edema) and lower the risk of other cardiovascular disorders such as; stroke, heart attack and congestive heart failure.

Usage direction of Telvas CT 80 mg Tablet:

• Telvas CT 80 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telvas CT 80 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telvas CT 80 mg Tablet:

• This is a moisture sensitive tablet. Do not remove from strip until immediately before administration.
• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Telvas CT 80 mg Tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing foetus when used during second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light & moisture.
