About Eritel CH 80 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Eritel CH 80 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 80mg, Chlorthalidone 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Eritel CH 80 mg Tablet:

Eritel CH 80 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of:

• Hypertension (High blood pressure)
• Prevent other cardiovascular problems
• Reduces kidney problems

• Eritel CH 80 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Eritel CH 80 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the dose without physician advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
• Moisture sensitive tablet. Do not remove from strip until immediately before administration.

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication, inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician, during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store between 10°C to 25°C at dry & dark place.
