About Telista CH 80 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated Telista CH 80 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 80 mg and Chlorthalidone 12.5 mg.

Use of Telista CH 80 mg Tablet:

Telista CH 80 mg tablet is used to prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It is also prescribed to reduce the risk of other cardiovascular events such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke etc.

Usage direction of Telista CH 80 mg Tablet:

• Telista CH 80 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telista CH 80 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telista CH 80 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Telista CH 80 mg Tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing foetus when used during second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a dry, well-ventilated place at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC.
