Each uncoated-bilayered Tazloc CT 80/12.5 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 80mg, Chlorthalidone 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Tazloc CT 80/12.5 mg tablet is used to treatment of Hypertension and reduce the chances other cardiovascular and kidney problems.

Usage Direction of Tazloc CT 80/12.5 mg Tablet:

• Tazloc CT 80/12.5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Tazloc CT 80/12.5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
