About Ozotel H Tablet:

Each uncoated Ozotel H tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg.

Use of Ozotel H Tablet:

Ozotel H Tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and associated edema.

Usage direction of Ozotel H Tablet:

• Ozotel H tablet should be taken orally.
• Ozotel H tablet is taken whole with the help of water
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Ozotel H Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Ozotel H tablet is moisture sensitive tablet, so do not remove from strip until immediately before administration.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Telmisartan should be discontinued as soon as possible, as it can cause injury and even death to the developing foetus when used in pregnancy during second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Keep out of reach of children.
