About Tetan H 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Tetan H 40/12.5 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40 mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Tetan H 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

Tetan H 40/12.5 mg Tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and associated edema.

Usage direction of Tetan H 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

• Tetan H 40/12.5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Tetan H 40/12.5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Tetan H 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Tetan H 40/12.5 mg tablets are moisture sensitive, so do not remove from strip until immediately before administration.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Telmisartan should be discontinued as soon as possible, as it can cause injury and even death to the developing foetus when used in pregnancy during second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
• Store protected from moisture at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC.
• Keep out of reach of children.
