About Losakind H Tablet :

Each film coated  Losakind H tablet contains Losartan Potassium 50 mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg and Excipients Q.S.

Use of Losakind H Tablet :

Losakind H tablet is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension and reduces other cardiovascular risk factors such as heart failure, stroke, heart attack.

Usage Direction of Losakind H Tablet :

• Losakind H tablet should be taken orally.
• Losakind H tablet is taken whole with help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the tablet without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed dose.

Precautions & Related Information of Losakind H Tablet :

• If allergic to this tablet inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light and moisture.
