Each film coated Losacar H tablet contains, Losartan Potassium 50 mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg and Excipients Q.S.

Use of Losacar H Tablet :

Losacar H tablet is prescribed for the treatment of :

• Hypertension (High blood pressure)
• Reduces the risk of other cardiovascular & kidney diseases

Usage Direction of Losacar H Tablet :

• Losacar H tablet should be taken orally.
• Losacar H tablet is taken whole with help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the tablet without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

• If allergic to this tablet inform the physician immediately.
