About Glimiprex 4 mg Tablet:

Glimiprex 4 mg Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication used to treat type-2 diabetes mellitus.

Each uncoated Glimiprex 4 mg Tablet contains Glimepiride 4 mg.

Glimepiride, an anti-diabetic sulphonylurea, reduces blood glucose by stimulating the insulin release from pancreatic ß-cells and decreases glucose output from the liver. It also increases insulin sensitivity at peripheral target sites.

Use of Glimiprex 4 mg Tablet:

Glimiprex 4 mg Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of type-2 diabetes mellitus.

Usage Direction of Glimiprex 4 mg Tablet:

• Glimiprex 4 mg Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Glimiprex 4 mg Tablet is to be taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

• Caution: It is dangerous to take this preparation except under medical supervision.
• If hypersensitive or allergic to Glimiprex 4 mg Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
