About Glitaray 4 mg Tablet:

Glitaray 4 mg Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication used to treat type-2 diabetes mellitus.

Each uncoated Glitaray 4 mg Tablet contains Glimepiride 4 mg.

Glimepiride, an anti-diabetic sulphonylurea, reduces blood glucose by stimulating the insulin release from pancreatic ß-cells and decreases glucose output from the liver. It also increases insulin sensitivity at peripheral target sites.

Use of Glitaray 4 mg Tablet:

Glitaray 4 mg Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of type-2 diabetes mellitus.

Usage Direction of Glitaray 4 mg Tablet:

• Glitaray 4 mg Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Glitaray 4 mg Tablet is to be taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

Precaution & Related information of Glitaray 4 mg Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Glitaray 4 mg Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep all medicines out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Glitaray 4 mg Tablet:

• Store protected from light & moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
