Each film coated  Donamem 5 mg tablet contains Memantine Hydrochloride 5 mg, Donepezil Hydrochloride 5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Donamem 5 mg Tablet :

Donamem 5 mg tablet is used for the treatment of:

• Alzheimer’s disease
• Dementia

Usage Direction of Donamem 5 mg Tablet :

• Donamem 5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Donamem 5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
