About Donep M Tablet :

Each film-coated Donep M tablet contains Memantine Hydrochloride 5 mg and Donepezil Hydrochloride 5 mg.

Use of Donep M Tablet :

Donep M tablet is used for the treatment and prevention of:

• Alzheimer’s disease
• Dementia

Usage Direction of Donep M Tablet :

• Donep M tablet should be taken orally.
• Donep M tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precautions & Related Information of Donep M Tablet :

• If allergic to this medicine inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
