Each film coated Cogmentin 5 mg tablet contains: Memantine Hydrochloride 5 mg, Donepezil Hydrochloride 5mg, Excipients Q.S.

Use of Cogmentin 5 mg Tablet :

Cogmentin 5 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of dementia associated with alzheimer disease.

Usage Direction of Cogmentin 5 mg Tablet :

• Cogmentin 5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Cogmentin 5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the tablet without physician advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
