Myoinositol: 1100  mg, D Chiroinositol: 27.6 mg, Chromium Picolinate: 400 μg, Vitamin D2: 400 IU, Melatonin: 2 mg, Fenugreek Extract (20%): 250 mg

Ingredients:

Myoinositol, D Chiroinositol, ChromiumPicolinate, Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol), Melatonin, Fenugreek Extract (20%), Microcrystalline Cellulose [460(i)], Maize Starch, Povidone (1201), Iso Propyl alcohol, Croscarmellose Sodium, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Magnesium Stearate, Purified Talc [553(iii)], Hydroxy Propyl Methylcellulose (464), Dichloromethane, Red Oxide of Iron [172(ii)].

Contains Permitted Synthetic Food Colours.
