Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Vitamin A (As Acetate): 5000 I.U., Alpha Lipoic Acid: 100 mg, Vitamin B1 Mononitrate: 4.5 mg, Vitamin B2: 5 mg, Vitamin B6: 1.5 mg, Vitamin B12: 5 mcg, Ascorbic Acid: 75 mg, Vitamin D3: 400 I.U., Vitamin E Acetate (As Vitamin E dry powder 50%): 15 I.U., Folic Acid: 1500 mcg, Calcium-D-Pantothenate: 5 mg, Niacinamide: 45 mg, Zinc Oxide equivalent to Elemental Zinc: 20 mg, Sodium Selenate equivalent to Elemental Selenium: 70 mcg, Chromium Chloride equivalent to Elemental Chromium: 50 mcg, Light Magnesium Oxide equivalent to Magnesium: 40 mg, Manganese Sulphate equivalent to Manganese: 2 mg, Cupric Sulphate equivalent to Copper: 0.5 mg, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate equivalent to Calcium: 93.16 mg & Phosphorus: 72 mg, Excipients q.s.

Colours: Iron Oxide of Red & Titanium Dioxide.

• Beminal Forte RF Tablet is to be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not break, chew or crush the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
