About LMF 9 Tablet:

LMF 9 Tablet is formulated with Methylcobalamin, L-Methylfolate Calcium & Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate that used in clinical dietary management of endothelial dysfunction and nuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Methylcobalamin: 1500 mcg, L-Methylfolate Calcium: 1 mg, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate: 0.5 mg, Excipients q.s.

Colours: Ponceau 4R Lake & Titanium Dioxide.

Appropriate overages of vitamins added to compensate loss on storage.

Uses of LMF 9 Tablet:

LMF 9 Tablet is indicated in patients with endothelial dysfunction and nuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

Usage Direction of LMF 9 Tablet:

• LMF 9 Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• LMF 9 Tablet is to be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not break, chew or crush the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related information of LMF 9 Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to LMF 9 Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when the concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage Condition of LMF 9 Tablet:

• Store protected from light & moisture at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
