L-Methylfolate Calcium: 1 mg, Vitamin-A Acetate: 800 mcg, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate: 0.5 mg, Potassium Iodide Equivalent to elemental Iodine: 250 mcg, Sodium Selenite Pentahydrate Equivalent to Elemental Selenium: 30 mcg.

Ingredients:

Microcrystalline Cellulose (INS 460(i)), Magnesium Stearate (INS 470(iii)), Polyvinylpyrrolidone (INS 1201), Talc (INS 553 (iii)), Starch, Lubricant.
