About LM Folinz Tablet:

LM Folinz Tablet is prescribed for treating folate and vitamin deficiencies. It is enriched with Calcium L-5 Methyltetrahydrofolate that helps in treating diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, depression and other psychiatric and neurologic disorders. It also contains Methylcobalamine and Pyridoxal-5 Phosphate that helps to prevent anaemia during old age and regulates proper functioning of brain and nervous system, respectively.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Calcium L-5 Methyltetrahydrofolate: 1 mg, Methylcobalamin: 1500 mcg, Pyridoxal - 5 Phosphate: 0.5 mg, Excipients: q.s.

Colours: Ponceau 4R Lake, Lake Erythrosine, Lake Indigo Carmine & Titanium Dioxide.

Appropriate overages of vitamins added.

Usage Direction Of LM Folinz Tablet:

• LM Folinz Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• LM Folinz Tablet should be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

• If allergic to any ingredients of LM Folinz Tablet, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with with any other medicines or supplements.

Storage Condition Of LM Folinz Tablet:
