Each Trafolic 10 Tablets contains (Approx.):

Glycine 10 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) 2.3 mg, ((6s)-5) Methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt) equivalent to dietary folate 527.25 mcg, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 2.75 mcg
