Ingredients:

Usage Direction:

• Lactodex Follow Up (2) Powder is intended to consume orally in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Use the water measuring cup and scoop provided inside the pack for proper feed preparation.
• Direction for use: 1. Wash the bowl, water measuring cup and spoon thoroughly with water. Then boil in water for 5 minutes. 2. Boil drinking water in a separate vessel for atleast 15 minutes & leave it till luke warm. 3.Take measured quantity of Lactodex follow up formula in the previously sterilised bowl. 4. Add the required quantity of luke warm water & stir well to get an evenly mixed milk feed.
• Once the feed is prepared feed, use it within half an hour, otherwise, microbial deterioration of the product may set in.
• Use freshly prepared feed each time and discard any left over feed.
• After use, dry the water measuring cup and store it properly.
• Use the water measuring cup and scoops provided inside the pack for proper preparation.
• The water measuring cup should not come in contact with the infant formula powder anytime.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Safety Information:

• If allergic to any ingredients of Lactodex Follow Up (2) Powder, let the physician know straight away.
• The physician should be well informed when the concomitant consumption of this one with another medicine or supplement.
• Warning/Caution: Careful and hygienic preparation of infant food is most essential for health.
• Do not use fewer scoops than directed, since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients needed by the infant and concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by the infant.
