About Bi Folate DC Tablet:

Bi Folate DC Tablet is formulated with Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin D3, Methylcobalamin, L-Methylfolate Calcium & Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate that helps to address nutritional deficiency. It helps promote bone health and reduces the risk of fractures in people with low calcium and vitamin D levels. It can also be used to treat osteoporosis especially in the elderly and in postmenopausal women.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Calcium Carbonate: 1250 mg (Eq. To Elemental Calcium: 500 mg), Vitamin D3: 2000 IU, Methylcobalamin: 1500 mcg, L-Methylfolate Calcium: 1 mg and Pyridoxal -5-Phosphate: 20 mg.

Colours: Red Oxide of Iron & Titanium Dioxide.

Appropriate overages of vitamins added to compensate for loss on storage.

Bi Folate DC Tablet is indicated to:

• Treat nutritional deficiency
• Hyperhomocysteinemia induced osteoporosis
• Senile osteoporosis
• Bone fracture hypocalcemia
• Post menopausal osteoporosis

Usage Direction of Bi Folate DC Tablet:

• Bi Folate DC Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Bi Folate DC Tablet should be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related Information of Bi Folate DC Tablet:

• If allergic to any ingredients of Bi Folate DC Tablet, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with other products.

Storage condition of Bi Folate DC Tablet:
