About Temsan 40 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated Temsan 40 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg and excipients q.s.

Use of Temsan 40 mg Tablet:

Temsan 40 mg tablet is used to treat Hypertension (High blood pressure).

It is also used to prescribe for lowering the risk of other cardiovascular conditions such as, stroke, heart attack or death from heart problems etc.

Usage direction of Temsan 40 mg Tablet:

• Temsan 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Temsan 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Temsan 40 mg Tablet:

• Temsan 40 mg tablet is a moisture sensitive tablets-do not removes from blister until immediately before administration.
• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected discontinue Telmisartan Tablets as soon as possible. Drugs that act directly on the renin-angiotensin system can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC and protect from moisture.
