Each uncoated bilayered Telsartan CT 40/12.5 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Chlorthalidone 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telsartan CT 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

Telsartan CT 40/12.5 mg tablet is used in the treatment of hypertension.

Usage Direction of Telsartan CT 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

• Telsartan CT 40/12.5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telsartan CT 40/12.5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related Information of Telsartan CT 40/12.5 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. Telsartan CT 40/12.5 mg tablet should be discontinued immediately after pregnancy is detected as it can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus when used in pregnancy during 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
• Keep out of reach of children.
