Each film coated Telpres CT 40/6.25 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Chlorthalidone 6.25mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telpres CT 40/6.25 mg Tablet:

Telpres CT 40/6.25 mg tablet is used for the treatment of hypertension and other cardiovascular disease. 

Usage Direction of Telpres CT 40/6.25 mg Tablet:

• Telpres CT 40/6.25 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telpres CT 40/6.25 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
