Each uncoated bilayer Telma CT 40/6.25 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Chlorthalidone 6.25mg and Excipients q.s.

Telma CT 40/6.25 mg tablet usually intended for :

• Hypertension
• Lowering chances cardiovascular problems
• Reduces kidney problems

Usage direction of Telma CT 40/6.25 mg Tablet:

• Telma CT 40/6.25 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telma CT 40/6.25 mg tablet should be swallowed whole with help of water.
• Do not chew, crush or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the dose without physician advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
