About Storax PR Tablet :

Each film coated Storax PR tablet contains Citicoline Sodium equivalent to Citicoline 500 mg, Piracetam 800 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Storax PR Tablet :

Storax PR tablet is prescribed for the treatment of:

• Stroke
• Traumatic brain injury
• Alzheimer's disease
• Demantia

• Storax PR tablet should be taken orally.
• Storax PR tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the dose without physician advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication, inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician, during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a cool & dry place. Protect from moisture.
