Each Film coated Cognipil Plus tablet contains Citicoline Sodium Equivalent to Citicoline 500 mg, Piracetam 800 mg and Excipients q.s.

• Improve memory and brain function
• The Treatment of Cerebral Insufficiency

Usage direction of Cognipil Plus Tablet:

• Cognipil Plus tablet should be taken orally.
• Cognipil Plus tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
