About Rid AR Kid Syrup:

Rid AR Kid Syrup is a combination medicine, indicated for relieving symptoms of allergic rhinitis in children.

Each 5 ml of Rid AR Kid Syrup contains Montelukast Sodium equivalent to Montelukast 4 mg and Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 2.5 mg.

Montelukast is a selective leukotriene receptor antagonist. Leukotriene type-1 receptor is located on the respiratory airway and on pro-inflammatory cells. It has been correlated with the pathophysiology of asthma and allergic rhinitis. By inhibiting the leukotriene type-1 receptor, Montelukast helps to reduce inflammation in the airways and relieve allergic symptoms.

Levocetirizine is an antiallergic medication that selectively inhibits histamine H1 receptors. This action prevents the negative symptoms associated with histamine release and provides relief from allergic reactions.

Use of Rid AR Kid Syrup:

Rid AR Kid Syrup is a combination of Levocetirizine and Montelukast, which is prescribed to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial) in children.

Usage Direction of Rid AR Kid Syrup:

• Rid AR Kid Syrup is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Rid AR Kid Syrup is for paediatric use only.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Rid AR Kid Syrup:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Rid AR Kid Syrup, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this syrup with any other medicines or supplements.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Rid AR Kid Syrup:

• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Do not freeze.
